Return Policy

All sales are final, however, exchanges for damaged or defective items will be provided. If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be given.

Claims for any missing or damaged items must be emailed within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise.  Send claim to: wholesale@mistybd.com.

All items returned for credit must be in the original package with all pieces included.
